At Java House, we take pride in the quality of our beans and brews, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened products. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags, but we will always work with you to ensure you have a roast you love.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

  Verify Product Condition

  Ensure that the coffee packaging is unopened, the seal is intact, and any brewing accessories are in their original box with all manuals.

  Ship the Item

  Pack your items securely and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to send the package back to our roasting facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
